Preparing for Your First Visit
To make your initial appointment as seamless as possible, please complete our online intake form, which we’ll email to you in advance. Doing so allows us to have your information ready in our system when you arrive. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your appointment and arriving 10 minutes early to complete a few brief forms.
Your First Appointment: What to Expect
Please allow 45-60 minutes for this initial appointment, which includes a thorough examination and any necessary X-rays. During the examination, we’ll evaluate your posture and range of motion and perform specific orthopedic and neurological tests to identify the root cause of your concerns.
Payment and Insurance Options
We believe in transparency regarding financial matters; there are no surprises here. During your second visit, our financial officer will discuss payment options in greater detail. We work with numerous insurance providers, are in-network with many major plans, and accept Medicare for eligible services. For those without insurance coverage, we offer reasonable self-pay rates.
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay. Additionally, we accept Health Savings Account (HSA) payments and offer flexible payment options through CareCredit and ChiroHealth USA. For auto accident cases, we work directly with insurance providers to simplify the billing process. After all, the only thing you should have to focus on is healing.
